What interest you most about Embers Adrift? It's a " modern old school game " and it happens that Elloa, a streamer that I watch, is part of it, so I find that not only interesting to follow that game but Elloa as well.

The amount of folks working in Development on this game that mention EQ1 as an influence on them. The depth of that game, the size of that game still puts it at my #1

I'm excited for the development of this game. I switched from WoW to FF14 and felt like I was so far behind it was awful.

What interest you most about Embers Adrift? It isn't a game that is spelled out and can be won in a day. It has the feel of older MMO's


Kids? Depending on the day.....My teenage daughter will tell you she has no parents.
Pets? I have a zoo. Boots (cat), Petra, Sammy, and Larry (dogs all mini doxies)
Significant other? I think so, otherwise this man that has been following me around the past 25 years really is my stalker.

How did you end up on this forum?: I saw this game listed as an upcoming MMO and popped over to check it out a few months ago. Have been quietly watching for a while. Just purchased the game last week.

What interest you most about Embers Adrift? I like the idea of GM-hosted experiences; a true sandbox experience; the idea of needing a group to complete things and hopefully finding some role play as well.

Kids? Four. Three boys, one girl, all gamers.
Pets? An overly large German Shepard, two mutts who adopted us, and a cat who rules the neighborhood.
Significant other? Yes. Together over 30 years. He's also a gamer. :)

What interests you most about Embers Adrift: the old school bent is what first attracted me, fond memories of the early days of p&p and mmo's.
