Harvesting Stamina Regen Rate

So this has bothered me for some time. I don't like how stamina regen is null while harvesting.

I understand that harvesting is laborious, but I would argue that it is no more laborious than combat, yet we have in combat stamina regeneration.

I would suggest making it on par with in combat stamina regen.
