Quantum Time Distortion when stunned?

So, are we teleported to a different space time continuum when we are stunned or dazed? Time does not continue for us in that state? So when I get hit on the head time stops? Because cooldowns stop cooling down while stunned. How does that work...especially since we can get stunned multiple times in a row? Just sayin

Guess when you are stunned/ frozen so can't "complete current action /"prepare/windup" for next action". At least, that's how I see it.

Auto attack however is unaffected..
