Enabled a new dialogue option for Ichabod in Newhaven City. You may want to visit him for some treats... Increased XP gain for +3 (orange), +4 (orange), +5 (red) mobs. Note that the amount of xp awarded from these is still slightly worse than a white con. This is by design to encourage fighting blues/whites/yellows over oranges/reds.
