FIXED Lay of the Land Ability

Lay of the land is not removable from hot bars without entering combat. Attempted numerous different spells and abilities to change from hot bar but spell could not be replaced or removed without entering combat of some form. Also unable to dismiss the spell ability from buff hot bar.

Hrm Auras used to be togglable at some point where you would click on the ability again to cancel it. Somewhere along the line it looks like that may have been broken. Will investigate; thanks for the report!

Finally got to this today. You can hit your hot key to toggle the ability off but clicking does not work. I got it fixed up today and it should be live next Tuesday!
