Flatlands Tin Flecked Malachite Necklace Minor Embued could not be put into shared storage. Player crafted and not a soulbound item. System message said "This item cannot be placed in shared bank".
Currently had Pendant of the Academy Superior equipped. Quest reward item and soulbound.
After unequipping the soulbound Pendant of the Academy and attempting to put it in the shared back which failed. I was able to finally put the no soulbound Flatlands Tin Flecked Malachite Necklace into the shared bank.
I have not yet been able to duplicate the problem and don't know what caused it.
