Camera will not stop spinning

So I haven't played in forever and I log in and I can't do anything cause the camera will not stop spinning.... does anyone know a fix for this? Running windows version

None plugged in...but thats exactly what it looks like lol on screen

Ok so I reinstalled the game and it seems to be resolved.
