Several earring types no longer have stats. (Personally noted Bronze/Turquoise do not have stats)

Failed deconstruction components (Shattered Gem, Scrap Ore, etc.) can no longer be sold to vendors.

This was too restrictive and has been corrected. Note that the stats offered by Earrings have changed from last week.
