There was an issue tonight after dying, I recovered my bag, but was unable to use it. The bag was not on the ground anymore. Reloging did fix the issue.

Hello. Until that gets fixed, you could try to zone out and zone back in. That worked out for us. I suggested it to one of the group member who had the exact same issues on Weds. It worked out and he was able to continue venturing and testing the game.. So until that bug gets fixed, you should be able to zone in and zone out to fix that bug. By this time, it may already been fixed, haven't updated weekend patch yet.
