Bug performance issues

I've been consistently getting really low performance. I've checked my network and it seems fine (other online games run without issues) and I tried turning video options to low as possible, but I still get slide-show lag consistently, making the game unplayable for me. If it's not my network and it's not my client (as I mentioned I dialed video way down and my computer is only 2 years old), I'm not sure what the issue is.

Update: I tried this on my newer computer (1 year old, see specs below) and it works fine, so it's just my computer that seems to be the problem, still it's not that old and I would expect it to still be playable, even if at lower graphics settings.

(new computer):
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

What resolution are you running the game in?

I'm running a Ryzen 5 2600 with a GeForce 1060 3gb (which also has less processing power than the 1060 6gb) and not having issues. Try the graphics settings I have in the image to see if that helps. If it does, change the settings one at a time so you can see which one is causing any issues.
