The icon for the Ember Monolith in Northreach is quite a bit further south on the map than where it is in relation to the Ember Ring. Standing at the ring, you can look almost directly west towards the ruins where the monolith stands (my character is looking right at it) but on the map, it looks like I should be looking almost directly south instead.
