Could you elaborate on what you mean by "good condition"? Curious what kind of performance issues you are encountering, and what your settings are set at.I can't play in good condition. I have an I7-4770 and a GTX 1050Ti.
What is the minimum configuration? What is surprising is that I manage to play quite demanding games without worry.
3060 or 3070 will be plenty to play it well. Ensure got 16gb of ram though too.Is anyone playing with an Nvidia 3060 or 3070, what performance do you get?
I'm tempted to buy a new PC för gaming and looking to play in ultrawide 1440p.
Game is primarily developed on a 14” M1 MBP!Anyone playing with a Macbook Pro 14 inch M1 Pro?
i.e. 16 GB RAM and M1 Pro GPU.
Im on base M1 air and it’s playable.Anyone playing with a Macbook Pro 14 inch M1 Pro?

What resolution are you running at? You likely don't want to go higher than 1920x1080 with that setup. Did you also set the frame rate limiter to 30fps?I am on an 2019 15" MacBook Pro - i7 intel 16gb ram w/ ati 555x 4gb... settings are all down, shadows off etc. and the log in screen is laggy..so I am sure the game is going to be as well... obs, I just bought this after reading about it on another forum. It didnt look "super duper" gpx resource heavy...so I suppose (falsely) assumed it would at least run..."okay" I am not expecting 4k 60fps... but playable w/ everything off...
However, I just got this, and the server is locked so I have not gotten into the game world yet... just kinda sad and came here to see what others have said about resource minimums.

I certainly understand and appreciate your perspective. We are doing everything we can to optimize the game to run on lower hardware without sacrificing visual quality. Last August we migrated the project over to Unity's HDRP (high definition rendering pipeline) which targets higher end machines. This obviously increased our performance costs but it also improved our visuals tremendously. For your machine in particular I imagine the graphics card is the limiting factor - but I wonder if it's just because it's an older generation, or the limited vram.Yes, I limited it to 30, and its at 720P ultra wide, ill try regular 720p - also I turned full screen on and it seems a little better. Again this is just the log in screen - as the server is still locked... I guess I will wait and see what it does in game.
I would think this computer would represent a "normal" person's level of power, even though tis a few years old, it was no means a budget computer...and I know its a laptop - and I honestly do not think it is /that/ crazy to expect this game to run "okay" w/ even medium gpx...let alone all things off/low.
I wont try and make allusions or proclaim intent / target audience as I am new and (see above) haven't even played.... but having lived through The Realm, EverQuest, AC, EQ2, WOW etc... I can say, that is /was/ a factor of success that when WOW came out, you could turn its settings all down and play fine on a cardboard box...as opposed to, EQ2 that took a NASA rig to run... at the time.... heck even EQ in 1999 had tons of requirement issues for the time. (I had a Pentium 75mghz that I upgraded to 200mhz
Anywho, guess I should stop putting off moving to my M1 MacBook Air and I look forward to playing!
I play on the base model M1 Air. And it’s playable for me. Not always super smooth but definitely enjoyable experience.Yes, I limited it to 30, and its at 720P ultra wide, ill try regular 720p - also I turned full screen on and it seems a little better. The tech also allows rendering at a lower resolution with automatic nice looking upscaling. That is the feature I ment regarding performance. E.g. the GPU can render at 720p and the tech will upscale to 1080p.It's unlikely we will get to toying with those types of things until after launch. The use case for this tech is mainly improving raytracing performance which we do not currently use in our game.
Hi- i recently bought a new computer with a RTX 3060. Running 16 GB ram and i5 11 series. Running 1440p and easily getting 60 FPs on best settings. I also have the FPs maxed at 60, so may even be better. Is anyone playing with an Nvidia 3060 or 3070, what performance do you get?
