  • Tech
    • New humanoid loading optimizations. These are small updates that should provide minor improvements to performance while initializing humanoids.
  • UI
    • Added new UI elements we are calling "symbolic links" that come into play when placing an item into a trade window or outgoing mail. These links are basically dimmed out duplicates of the item that ensure a spot is available in case of cancellation. Once the transaction is completed these links go away.
    • You can now add items to trade/mail from your gathering bag.
    • Can now lock your effect panel by right clicking and selecting "Lock/Unlock" similar to UI nameplates.
    • Quest list is now sorted by title.
    • Confirmation dialogs are now automatically cancelled if another confirmation dialog is invoked
    • Added a confirmation window when looting or rolling on a NoTrade/Soulbound items.
    • Loot roll timer on NoTrade/Soulbound items is now doubled.
    • "Loot Roll Time Remaining" is now shown on loot roll tooltips.
    • Secondary effects are not shown on applied effect tooltips if that effect is not applied.
    • Task envelopes in the UI now have a background highlight and cursor change when they are buttons.
    • Minor Sgt Brutus dialogue corrections.
  • Raid Frames
    • New Raid functionality added with the following chat commands: /rinvite <member name>, /raccept, /rdecline, /rleave, /rpomote, /rkick, /rdisband
    • 4 groups max for a total of 24 players
    • You must be in a group to form or join a raid. This means that if you would like to start a raid the minimum player count is 4 (2 to form each group).
    • Dropped currency is split amongst all
    • Everyone in range qualifies for loot roll (for both NPCs and Chests)
    • All loot roll timers when part of a raid are doubled
  • NPC Updates:
    • Wandering NPCs now do their best to not face a wall during their pauses between wanderings.
    • NPCs now more intelligently select which abilities to use based on their health fraction.
      • Heals will be used less frequently at higher health
      • Defensive abilities will be used less frequently at max health.
      • Death save abilities will be used closer to death
    • Fixed a bug that was causing some mobs to not respect their defined reset distance. This mainly applied to skull bosses.
  • Design / Content
    • Legacy & Legendary items from skull boss mobs are now soulbound. These will retroactively be marked as soulbound upon the next inventory validation (login or zoning).
    • Cor'duun weapons and offhand items are now soulbound. These will retroactively be marked as soulbound upon the next inventory validation (login or zoning).
    • Updated Protector's Plate to be more Gold in color.
    • Corrected stats on Blightiron Long Sword
    • Scorpions will now assist each other.
    • Additional VFX usage for various regen effects for mob abilities.
  • Content not yet available to players:
    • Dryfoot Fortress: dungeon for levels 33-36 and 44-48
    • Orsic's Rest (acts as the solo loop for Dryfoot Fortress)
    • 2 new quests (pending validation & testing)
    • 1 new NPC type.

I see what you've done with the quest ordering but at first glance it looks wrong.
I'd probably go with the simpler approach (i.e. not ignoring the A's and The's).
