The lastest update has the macos international keyboard indicator popping up in random places. Normally this appears above the insertion point in an active text field, so maybe there is an invisible text field that is fooling macos? To reproduce you will need to have at least two keyboard layouts set up in your system settings. Screenshots attached showing indicators near my character, but I have sene the indicator appearing in far corners of the screen as well.
