Login issue

I've downloaded the game and patched it. I was able to play for a few weeks. I have a registered account but I do not have a paying subscription. When I try to login in it says user not found. I've tried to reset my password several times and keep having the same issue. Any ideas?

Did you purchase the product? If so you should have an order number that can be entered into your account page. Sometimes (for whatever reason) the order number is not always properly attached. If not, the free period is over and you would need to purchase the game in order to play (subscription not required).

We had another user have a similar issue. They were able to solve it by entering their order number in on their account page. Order number should be in the email confirmation. Although I'm not the account guy so I'm not 100% sure. If you can't find it let me know and I'll rope Drindin in to get this fixed for ya.
