What time does the test server unlock on Wednesday and how does it stay unlocked?

8PM Central time to 12 Midnight. Then opens again on Friday at noon Central until midnight Sunday Central time

This is the reasons why we have added the weekend, and starting it as early as Friday 7pm CEST (which is noon for NA, and not convenient for most)
