Bug Initializing Character Stuck at 99%

My friend and I have been thoroughly enjoying EA for a few weekends now, however, today when she tried to log in, she got stuck at the character initialization screen at 99%. I found her in-game and she could enter Torch mode, jump, et c. but her screen was stuck on the loading. Is there a fix for this? We did attempt Force Check from the Launcher and a PC restart. No dice.
Her location is just next to the crafting station at the northern-most Ember Ring in Newhaven Valley, I'll include a screenshot below.

Undone took care of this! It was a matter of non-existing items in her inventory that he had to go clean up.
