When I was login to the game and I always go to global chat then type morning. The chat command /global didn't work for me it says Unrecognized Command. Then I stating to try all the other chat command they didn't work only gets Unrecognized Command.
Don't know if is a bug for me or something else have tried to uninstall the game and install it again didn't work

I also had this issue

Seems like "/global" and enter or "/group" and enter, give you the Unrecognized command.

If I did "/group Good morning" and enter it would switch over to group chat and stay there

Seems like you have to do /global every time you say something in global

This is just a misunderstanding of the way it was intended to work. When typing things like "/global" or "/local" you are supposed to hit the space bar afterwards, which will change your chat window to that specific channel. So instead of typing "/global" and then hitting enter, you would just type "/global hi this is global chat" which would auto detected the "/global" and change the channel as you are typing. We are going to see about allowing someone to hit enter after typing "/global" as it's understandable how this might be an expected behavior.

And yes, the large broadcast channels like global and ooc require you to issue the command every time. We don't want players speaking by default in global channels. In other words: we want to make sure the chat going to those channels is intentional. Also note that you can use shortcuts for many of the chat channels - instead of typing "/global" every time you can simply do "/gl" (see this post for a reference table).
