Bug Block player, does it work?

I tested the block feature on another player. And it worked fine the first day (saturday). But today when I logged on (sunday) the player was still on my block-list, but I could see the player writing in chat.
Am I missing something or did I stumble upon a bug?

Noticed also that it says Today in the social window, but for me it was yesterday. I assume this has to do with timezones and such. (I am in EU)

I tried to search for a bug like this, but could not find. Sorry if it has already been posted.

I think block only really works for /tells right now. This coming week it should work for all chat channels.
