Didn't get to play as much so a short one for me:

In about 6.5 hours of /played time which includes some AFK, I was able to get: KHT 6.4, Gathering 7, Provisioning 8. I'm not sure where the exp grind starts and I understand we def want the 1-10 exp to feel good and go by so people can get to level 10 and get a healthy set of skills on their LAS, but if I hadn't been gathering or provisioning I likely would have been KHT 8 or so in 6.5 hours (including AFK, so likely less than 6 hours). Seems like hitting level 10 in less than 10 hours seems super easily doable. Just pointing out how easy it was to level in case it's a bit too easy. This was 90% solo with a bit of duoing at times. Exp was super duper good duoing 2^ mobs.

SNH hostile humans seem stupider than the ones I encountered in Dryfoot Stronghold after the first pass at changing hostile human AI. Is this in fact a code-thing or am I just delusional. I was again having situations with dumb human aggro radius where I was pulling mobs right past or right next to other smugs and there was zero social aggro tagging. At times I would even kunai humans standing side by side and only the one tagged would respond. Just not sure if all humans have the same AI or if aggro radius and sensitivity is toned down in the starter zone.

The change in bottle prices for provisioner is very welcome, I could actually make pots even being somewhat poor.

Bucks aggro'ing when you attack a doe is nice stuff, hopefully we can get more layers like that to combat.

Hmm I did quite a few Thieves in the fields going after the dagger and they seemed to social agro consistently.

Being very new it probably took me twice as long to do 6.x STR, 8forestry, and just barely started weaponsmith to 2. I have more mats so WS could be higher once I figured out what I'm doing lol.
I spent a lot of time still figuring things out and messing around, learning landmarks, etc.
Actually once I stopped messing around and decided I'd better get 6 it went quite fast solo. Even farming the thieves for daggers when they went down to blue for me was still okay exp at low lvl. Like you said, it might be a little too fast, but as a "genuine newbie exp" with me learning, it felt fine. Coming back through with more knowledge is a diff story.

Odd thing I noticed recently with animals is I could approach them without aggro. Soon as I would enter combat stance, they would snap around towards me and start charging. It's like my going into combat stance was triggering them to attack. Was odd. Hadn't noticed that before. Mainly it was deer in meadows.

Ya, I noticed animals were a bit more aggressive in Meadowlands. Things that never agroed before now do.

Some behavior in alerts was fixed last week which made things do a lot more investigating, which made it more likely to get adds if they detected you.

Yeah, the bunnies seem like they aggro from farther now, but I wasn't referring to their aggressiveness. It seems like I can approach and get to a certain distance where they don't aggro, but the second I switch to combat stance, they turn and run at me. It's almost like switching stance triggers them to attack.

I have to say this was a great update and makes the game more fun. Having to worry about pulling extra mobs and the fear of getting adds because of poor pulling was really fun this last play weekend.

Were you face pulling or ranged pulling? I wonder if maybe kunai are doing something to aggro compared to bows.

There is no aggro difference between bows/kunai/etc. If you are within their visual range for a very short period of time you will likely gain aggro. To most effectively sneak up on an NPC you should approach from behind.

Being able to sneak with our weapon out would make this easier. As well as making sneak a toggle (in addition to be nice for accessibility purposes).
