1H weapons not changed by recent patch

Seems some of the crafted weapons were not affected by the delay reduction for 1H weapons by the last patch ( daggers still showing a 3 delay instead of 2, i.e the imbued highland silver dagger I tried making).
Also the Ruffian knife from DFS is still at a 5 delay which never changed. Which the delay on this knife seems really high to begin with, was the delay wrong on this from the beginning?
Also the other weapon I have come across that wasn't changed by the patch is the Back Biter from the wolves den, still shows the delay at 3.

Thanks, these were indeed missing the reduction in delays. The Ruffian Knife has a unique damage profile versus other daggers, although should be a 4 delay not 5 regardless as it was also missed in the reduction.
