    I've done all the above previously. I run other patchers (M&M, WOW, battlenet, EQ, etc) and I have no issues with those.

    its sitting in the directory C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319 - I will copy it into the embers drift path its looking for and see if that fixes it.     So I just installed the game and ran the patcher. I run the update and it starts downloading but then stops at 1%. I've tried to uninstall and try again and still ahve the same issue. I am running Windows 11 23H2. Every time it stops at the mscorlib.dll file.
