OK, yea there was a spot in RR where wild spawns could camp out a respawn. Let me know if you run into that again. Stalkers should move back away from players after killing them and the respawns should be out of reach for them.

@Mynno Was this the "Southern Quillbacks" task? Depending on where in Meadowlands you were the Quillbacks may have been too low level to count for the task. This task is looking for lvl 18+ quillbacks in the southern portions of Meadowlands.
This is not specific to these abilities. We don't allow stacking buffs from the same type (Ability) and source (Self) which increase the same attributes (Outgoing Damage).
Ah, that makes more sense. Wind Up and Eye of the Storm do not stack as both are buffs of type Outgoing Damage. Nothing changed here recently as far as I know and it is intentional that they do not stack.

Ah, sorry about this. Health Regen potions are essentially Slow Acting Health Potions, but in other parts of the game have durations shorter than the cooldown of health potions so it's not an issue.

It is skill based with the % chance reducing based on your progression past the minimum material level. It is a bit high however and I will look at how we can change this to feel a bit better. Thanks for putting together the info here.
A couple mobs do have Mental Damage resistances so it may depend on what you are fighting. I don't think any changes to Despair's damage have been made.
Right now they are completely random. Having it partly random is a mixed bag as it still means solo players will be getting one or the other, and only 2^ or 3^ will net you a consistent source plus random. It might be a good compromise between the two systems though.
